Sign up to join this introductory self-defense course being held at the Senior Center in Turlock. Space is limited; first-come, first-served.

Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques. It is a comprehensive course for women that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance while progressing to the basics of hands-on defense training.

The self-defense training is open to the campus community, as well as off-campus. Minors (15-17) may participate with parental permission.
