Feeling stressed and overwhelmed this semester? Please join CAPS and Student Recreation in re-centering and calming the mind by participating in a guided mindfulness walk throughout our beautiful CSU Stanislaus Stockton Campus. Mindfulness walks incorporate two important de-stressing methods; movement in nature and experiencing the present moment through our senses. We encourage you to come de-stress with us and connect with others! No registration needed!
