Stan State Art Space is pleased to announce a reception for the fine art exhibition Marking Home Ground:  Gestural Landscapes by Betsy Kendall at 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 3, 2022, with an artist talk following at 6:30 pm, and a question and answer period will take place afterwards. This reception is free and open to the public, with free on-street parking.

Betsy Kendall lives and paints in and around Berkeley, California. She sees her paintings as a way to connect us as humans, affirming and embodying our experiences. Making a picture shows the process of looking, telling a story, and feeling the experience. Ordinary things like hills, plants, pretty rocks, and familiar places best spark her imagination and anchor her.

By participating in this event, you agree to adhere to the Stan State Campus Event Protocols
