Stan State Art Space is thrilled to announce the fine art exhibition: Marking Home Ground: Gestural Landscapes by Betsy Kendall showing from October 28 to December 21, 2022 with a reception on Thursday, November 3 at 6 p.m., and an Artist Talk at 6:30 pm. This exhibition is free and open to the public.

Betsy Kendall lives and paints in and around Berkeley, California. She sees her paintings as a way to connect us as humans, affirming and embodying our experiences. Making a picture shows the process of looking, telling a story, and feeling the experience. Ordinary things like hills, plants, pretty rocks, and familiar places best spark her imagination and anchor her.

Gallery Hours are from Noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.

By participating in this event, you agree to adhere to the Stan State Campus Event Protocols.
