Basic strength training class utilizing powerlifting movements (Squat, Bench press, and Deadlift). The goal of this class will be to increase strength and lean body mass. This is a great overall whole-body training program designed around the sport of powerlifting.

Please be prepared to follow safety protocols including social distancing, wearing a mask, and filling out a quick daily screening form!
