This is a strength training class centered around the Olympic weightlifting movements (Snatch, and Clean and jerk). This is a great class for individuals interested in learning these movements while wanting to increase strength and lean body mass. We will take a whole-body approach to training. Prepare to get strong and feel empowered!

This class will not happen on Thursday, Nov. 11th.

Please be prepared to follow safety protocols including social distancing, wearing a mask, and filling out a quick daily screening form!
