Do you plan events and face-to-face activities on campus? If so, please join us to learn more about the campus event and visitor protocols. We will guide you through the campus requirements and important information to plan a safe, successful in-person event. In addition, effective Dec.1, you will be allowed to invite off-campus guests to campus. These guests will be required to complete the Guest Daily Screening, and attendees ages 2 and up must provide one of the following: 

(1) Proof of full vaccination (vaccination card or a digital record of vaccinationOR 

(2) Proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours to attend an on-campus, in-person event

Our workshop will review what guests can do to provide proof of vaccination or acceptable proof of a negative COVID-19 test. We will also discuss how to respond if a guest has questions or concerns regarding in-person event requirements.
