Dr. Noelle Won is the Interim Dean of the College of Education, Kinesiology and Social Work at California State University, Stanislaus. With nearly two decades of experience in higher education, Dr. Won has held several keyleadership roles. She has served as Fellow for Innovation and Educational Partnerships for Continuing and Professional Education, Associate Dean for the college, and Chair of the Department of Teacher Education.

Dr. Won has served as principal investigator for multiple grant-funded initiatives, securing over $2 million to support transformative educational programs. Her work includes the Sierra K16 Educator Pathways Grant, the New Generation of Educators Grant, Math Science Teacher Initiative and Residency Grants in collaboration with K-12 partners-initiatives that have driven sustainable improvements in educator preparation and workforce development. 

Beyond her institutional leadership, Dr. Won co-directed the CSU Center for Transformational Educator PreparationPrograms (CTEPP) for the Chancellor’s Office, spearheading system-wide efforts to diversify the teaching workforce and expand pathways for BIPOC educators. Her commitment to equity, innovation, and sustainable partnerships continues to shape the future of education.
