Members of the California State University, Stanislaus Math Club will hold “Tutoring Nights” for a variety of mathematics topics on Tuesday, February 15, Thursday, March 3 and Monday, March 14 from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. in Room 260 of the Mary Stuart Rogers Educational Gateway Building (MSR) on the Turlock campus.

Open on a drop-in basis to anyone who wishes to attend, students will be studying and learning with their peers in a safe environment.  Help with be provided for mathematics studies at the junior and senior high school as well as college level. For a $5 donation per person, small student groups as well as individuals receive advice on their mathematics homework from talented CSU Stanislaus mathematics scholars. Proceeds will help support Math Club programs and activities.

Stations will be set up for algebra I, algebra II, geometry, pre-calculus, and calculus I. Snacks for students and their parents will be provided by the Math Club.

Dr. Brian Jue and Dr. John Rock of the mathematics faculty are faculty sponsors for the club.
