
A Professor of Graphic Design at Montclair State with an international reputation for all phases of visual communication and publishing, Moore holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Advertising Design from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute in New York.

Moore's professional background spans two decades and encompasses illustration, creative direction in advertising, and senior art direction and design in corporate and graphic design environments. He is a former founding partner of the design and advertising firm Visual Communications Group (VCG), located in Princeton, New Jersey. Moore is an elected member of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts and Manufacturers and Commerce in London, England, and has worked on projects in Australia, China, Hungary, Mexico, and South Korea.
Moore's professional background includes experience as a published children's book illustrator, creative direction in advertising, corporate and graphic design environments, and a published author on design topics. He is currently involved in the development of a design center in Shanghai, China, in collaboration with East China Normal University's College of Design.
