Students who want to attend California State University, Stanislaus in fall 2009 as first-time freshmen must apply by February 1.
Since deadlines have already been moved up and are subject to change at any time due to the state budget shortfall that requires enrollment limitations, high school students and others seeking first-time freshman admission are advised to get their applications in as soon as possible.
Applicants can find information and apply online at www.csumentor.edu. For more information, visit the University Web site at www.csustan.edu or call CSU Stanislaus Student Outreach at (209) 667-3070.
The early application deadline does not apply to students transferring to the CSU from community colleges, those seeking teacher credentials, or graduate program candidates. They have until June 1 to apply for fall 2009 admission.
