What: National Salute to Veteran Patients
When: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Thurs., March 29
Where: Flagpole in the Quad at CSU Stanislaus, Turlock campus
The Troops to College – Stanislaus Committee in partnership with the American Red Cross will be hosting the Second Annual National Salute to Veteran Patients event at CSU Stanislaus. Campus and community members are invited to participate and help decorate pillowcases, which will then be presented to veterans in area VA hospitals or care facilities.
The VA Health Outreach Mobile Medical Clinic will be on site providing free services and information for veterans.
There is no cost for participation and free parking is available adjacent to the Mary Stuart Rogers Educational Gateway Services Building (MSR) in Lot 2.
