The Doctoral Program (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership at California State University (CSU), Stanislaus is accepting applications for its fifth cohort of students, with classes scheduled to begin in June 2012 in the Stockton/Manteca area.

Applications for priority admission to the June 2012 Stockton/Manteca based Ed.D. cohort will be accepted beginning October 3 and will continue until the February 3, 2012 deadline.

The three-year program is designed for educators interested in earning a doctorate to advance their careers in education. Two specializations are offered—one in leadership for preschool to grade 12 schools and the other for community college/higher education leadership. Classes are held on weekends to accommodate working professionals. Many of the courses are designed so that a significant portion of class requirements can be fulfilled online.

Information sessions will take place beginning Wednesday evening, September 21 on the CSU Stanislaus Turlock Campus in Demergasso-Bava Hall, Room 302 at 5:00 p.m. Additional sessions will be held in Stockton, Modesto and Merced through the remainder of the priority application period.
