More than 1,400 area third-graders visited CSU Stanislaus on Friday, May 20 to participate in AgEdventure Day hosted by the department of Agricultural Studies. Students participated in ag activities and learned about commodities produced in the Central Valley. They had the chance to climb into tractors, tour a sustainable garden, and get up close and personal with a variety of farm animals including goats, pigs, chickens, and dairy cows.
