Bradley J. Porfilio, Ph.D. is Professor of Advanced Studies at California State University, Stanislaus. Throughout his career, he has served as a faculty member, doctoral program director, associate dean, and dean, with nearly 20 years of experience working in doctoral education. His scholarship and teaching focus on educational leadership, urban studies, social justice, democracy, and community-engaged research. Dr. Porfilio has mentored doctoral students and educational leaders across a range of professional contexts and is committed to preparing practitioner-scholars who work to create more equitable and inclusive educational opportunities for students and communities.
