A person doing yoga

A slow-moving, grounding practice designed to gently stretch and strengthen the body while calming the nervous system. This class includes simple standing and seated postures held for a few breaths, with a strong focus on breath awareness and mindful movement. Appropriate for all levels, including beginners and those returning to yoga.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and blocks if they have them.
