A gentle, intentional flow that links breath with movement at an unhurried pace. This class builds strength, mobility, and balance while emphasizing ease and presence rather than intensity or speed. Modifications will be offered, making it accessible to a wide range of experience levels.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat and blocks if they have them.
