Vaccine Clinic on Sept. 28

On-Campus COVID-19 and Flu Vaccine Clinic

Safety & Risk Management is pleased to provide you with a free COVID-19 vaccine clinic to be held on campus. Flu vaccines will also be available on both dates. A local Safeway Pharmacy will operate the clinic.

First clinic: Wednesday, Sept. 28
Second clinic: Thursday, Oct. 13

Vaccines offered:

• Flu (regular and senior formulation)
  • Bill individual health plan for the flu vaccine
  • Participants not insured or covered will pay out of pocket at point of service ($40 for regular flu vaccine, $70 for senior dose flu vaccine)
    Check or credit card accepted
• COVID-19 (Moderna and Pfizer)
  • Free to any participants
• Rapid Antigen Test Kits

Eligibility:

• The clinic is open to Stan State students, faculty and staff only
• Please bring your Warrior ID or your Warrior ID number
