The Teaching Credential Residency Pathway is a paid, year-long alternative to traditional student teaching that prepares future educators through immersive, hands-on experience. Residents co-teach with expert mentor teachers across two semesters while completing evening coursework and earning a $30,000-$35,000 stipend. Participants experience the full school year, take on meaningful classroom responsibilities, substitute teach within their district, and receive priority hiring upon completion, launching their teaching careers with strong support and real-world experience.
