Join us for a Mindfulness Drop-In Group! Take a moment to pause and care for your well-being in a calming, welcoming space. Relaxing Spanish music will play in the background, and mindfulness prompts will be available in both English and Spanish to guide your practice. This is a flexible, drop-in group—feel free to come and go as you need.
