The Recovery Ally Training is a program designed to educate and empower students, faculty, staff, and community members to support individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. Through a comprehensive 2-hour session, participants gain a deeper understanding of addiction, learn strategies to reduce stigma, and develop skills to create recovery-friendly environments on campus. The training includes interactive components such as case studies, role-playing exercises, and a Q&A session, ensuring practical application of knowledge. Upon completion, participants receive a Recovery Ally certificate and a lapel pin, recognizing their commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive campus for students in recovery. Registration is required to attend.
