Students, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in an interactive workshop exploring the relationship between food choices, personal health, and environmental sustainability. Participants will learn practical, budget-friendly strategies for incorporating sustainable eating habits into their daily lives while examining the connection between food production and climate change. Through engaging activities, attendees will discover simple ways to support their overall well-being while reducing their environmental impact.
As part of the hands-on experience, participants will have the opportunity to create their own smoothie using an innovative bicycle-powered blender, demonstrating the connection between physical activity, creativity, and sustainability.
