Notice of Preparation for Environmental Impact Report for the California State University – Stockton Campus – Proposed Master Plan

The California State University Stanislaus is proposing an update to the Stockton Center Masterplan to increase full time equivalent students (FTES) from 1000 to 2000 FTES. A Notice of Preparation (NOP) has been prepared on March 5, 2024, and public scoping meetings are scheduled for all interested persons to attend and provide written comments and suggestions regarding the scope and content for the Proposed Master Plan update.

The public review period is 30-days from March 5, 2024, through April 3, 2024,

Scoping Comments: written comments on the scope and content may be submitted by mail or email, or by attending the Public Scoping Meeting. All written comments should indicate a contact person’s name and must arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 3, 2024:
