We all experience anxiety in our lives, sometimes to the point of feeling totally overwhelmed.  This presentation will focus on defining anxiety and common symptoms.  Information will be provided on developing a positive mindset, balancing life’s demands, assertiveness and relationship skills, effective self-care and relaxation techniques.
