The Leadership Studies Program complements a variety of career paths. Drawing from a breadth of engaging coursework, the program will equip students to excel in today’s diverse society.  
 
Leadership studies is an interdisciplinary Bachelor of Science degree program designed to promote the development of skills for effective leadership by blending an understanding of complex organizations with sensitivity to relational dynamics. The program will help students synthesize knowledge while nurturing the skills and abilities essential to performing as successful and socially responsible leaders intent on promoting positive change in individuals, groups, businesses, organizations, communities, and society at large.
