If you are looking to strengthen your lower body, this is the ideal class for you. Butts & Guts is specifically designed to target your core and lower body with a combination of exercises using equipment and your own body weight. This class will work on shaping and toning your abs, butt, hips, and thighs. This class will contain a combination of both HIIT exercises as well as isolated muscular exercises.

Campus Recreation Activities Waiver
It is mandatory that all participants (students, faculty/staff, alumni) read, agree to and sign an updated Release of Liability waiver before participating in any activity. This waiver will be valid for all virtual activities held by Campus Recreation through the completion of the semester's sessions.
