The CAPS’ Well-Being Ambassadors invite students to a 4 hour mental health workshop designed to provide a safe, supportive, and informative space for those feeling overwhelmed or stressed during the semester. This open event will connect students with helpful campus and community resources, offer practical wellness strategies, and encourage open conversations about mental health. Participants will engage in interactive activities and discussions focused on stress management, self-care, and building resilience. Food and beverages will be provided by the Well-Being Ambassadors. All students are welcome.
