September 22-28 is Banned Books Week! Celebrate by raising awareness about censorship and sharing your thoughts on your favorite banned book.

Join us at the library for the 2024 BYOBB (Bring Your Own Banned Book) discussion on Thursday, September 26th. We’ll meet from 1 to 2 p.m. and again from 3 to 4 p.m.

In the first half hour, we’ll explore why your chosen book was banned and what you love about it. During the last half hour, we’ll enjoy a quiet reading session of our books.

Discover more about the Most Challenged and Banned Books list through the American Library Association's Top 10 Most Challenged Books or check out Censorship by the Numbers on the ALA website.
