Please complete the downloadable PDF form so that your gift may be properly acknowledged. With each donation, an acknowledgement will be sent to the honoree, and a bookplate will be placed in the book with the name of the honored person and the donor’s name. A list of donors is published regularly on the Library’s Web site. Book donations are accepted throughout the year.
