Benefits Fair
Please join us for the 2026 In-person Benefits Fair. Employees will be able to speak with the benefits team and benefit providers.

Virtual Open Enrollment
All CSU employees are invited to virtually meet with their campus benefit team and providers during the event. This is a great opportunity to address any questions about available health, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits for you and your dependents.

Time: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Retirees
Are you a retiree? This is the time of year to re-evaluate your existing benefits elections, discover the benefit plans that are best for you and your family, and make changes that best fit your needs. Plan changes will be effective as of January 1, 2027.
Important Dates:
- September 14 - Open Enrollment Starts: the first day you can submit changes/enrollments.
- September 22 - In-person Benefit Fair, FDC (Faculty Development Center), 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
- October 1 - CSU Virtual Benefit Fair, Zoom, 11 am - 2 pm.
- October 9 - Open Enrollment Closes: the last day you can submit changes/enrollments.
- October 10 - Human Resources will no longer accept Open Enrollment changes/enrollments.
- January 1, 2027 - All changes/enrollments made during the Annual Open Enrollment Period will be effective.

How Do I Access eBenefits to View or Make Changes?
Step 1:
Log into your myStanState portal and log into Employee Self-Service
Step 2:
Select the appropriate tile:
- Open Enrollment
Step 3:
Follow the guided steps to:
- Review your current benefits
- Select or update coverage
- Add dependents
- Submit your enrollment
Step 4:
Submit required documentation
- Use the MOVEit webpage to Send and Receive Files - please note that if you are off campus, you must be connected to the VPN to access MOVEit.
- Email supporting documents directly to tthornton1@csustan.edu

Remember to access the portal starting September 14, 2026 and before the close of business on October 9, 2026 to request any changes during Open Enrollment.
This is your annual opportunity to change your medical or dental plan or make other adjustments listed under the Open Enrollment Period.

Please note: If you are not making any changes to your current elections, those elections will continue into the 2027 plan year. IF YOU ARE ENROLLED IN HCRA/DCRA, YOU MUST REENROLL. THESE ELECTIONS DO NOT CONTINUE INTO THE NEXT PLAN YEAR.
