Applications for all programs are now entirely online.
- Please submit your application through Cal State Apply.
- Only Stan State ITCO students and early start Libs students may still submit paper applications.
Announcements
- NEW ECE Credential Program! We are excited to announce that from Spring 2026 we will be offering the ECE credential program. For program information, please visit the ECE credential program website.
- Spring 2025 Completers may submit preliminary applications beginning June 6th once grades have posted. Applications submitted before June 6th will be rejected and you will need to resubmit. Once you have completed all exit requirements of your program, you can request your preliminary credential.
- RICA is being retired and will no longer be offered after June 30, 2025. Current and prospective candidates who wish to take the RICA to meet the credential requirement for literacy instruction must take and pass either all three subtests of the Written Examination or the Video Performance Assessment by July 1, 2025.
