Sustainable Halloween is here!

To help promote Zero Waste, swap last year's costume with another Warrior instead of purchasing new costumes from less sustainable options like Shein or Temu. All costumes welcome. No weapons or weapon-like accessories will be accepted, including toys or replicas that could be mistaken for real weapons regardless of material.

Hey Warriors! In this workshop, we will be creating an embroidery design using Inkscape with the extension InkStitch. We will only have time to create a design, and you will have to come back on your own time to stitch your pattern.

Explore sustainable alternatives to traditional plastics in this hands-on workshop. Participants will learn how to create bioplastics using natural, renewable ingredients, without relying on petroleum. We’ll cover the basics of how bioplastics are made, experiment with creating your own samples, and discuss their potential uses in everyday life and creative projects. No science background required, just curiosity and a willingness to explore eco-friendly materials.
