Mission Statement

Image of the Student Veteran Center

The mission of the Student Veteran Center is to provide an environment of respect, safety, and community for all who enter.  Specifically, the center provides academic, life, and career skills support for student veterans, military personnel and their families enrolled at California State University, Stanislaus.  Understanding, nurturing, and appreciating the student veteran experience while transforming the regional veteran community’s capacity for leadership, advocacy, and alumni opportunity are the Way of the Warrior.

All Veteran Students are invited to come use the Veteran's Center. It will provide a point of contact for Stanislaus State's veterans and their dependents, bringing together academic and student support services to promote a smooth transition from the military, provide assistance for veterans benefits, deployments, information, and referrals, as well as a place where veterans can gather for study groups and social activities.

We are located in the Student Services Building (Building 116) in Room 113.
