In honor of the Eighth Annual Undocumented Student Action Week hosted by California Community Colleges, the Undocumented Student Services program at Stan State will be hosting an Undocu Day of Action: A Day of Advocacy and Art—Fostering Belonging and Empowering Undocu Students Together! This event will focus on collaboration and support for students, faculty and advocates of undocumented students.

Join us to kick off our Undocu-Day of Action with inspiring student voices and remarks from campus leadership. Come together to show solidarity and celebrate the strength and resilience of our diverse community.

Advocacy, Art & Entertainment

Connect with students, faculty, and staff to learn about the challenges faced by undocumented students and discover how you can help. Express your support through art! Participate in a collaborative poster painting session to create powerful visuals for advocacy.

Wall of Dreams

Join us for a special event dedicated to honoring and uplifting the dreams of our undocumented student community. In honor of Undocu-Day of Action, The Office of Inclusive Excellence brings you the “Wall of Dreams”- a space where students, staff and faculty can share their hopes, aspirations and stories, creating a powerful tapestry of resilience and ambition. This event aims to foster a supportive environment, raise awareness and celebrate the diverse contributions of undocumented students to our campus and beyond. Be inspired by the courage and determination of your peers, and add your own dreams to the wall. Together, we can build a future where every dream has the chance to flourish.

Know Your Rights When You Encounter ICE

Join us for a KYR presentation facilitated by Immigrant Legal Defense (ILD), this presentation provides essential tips for immigrant families on preparing for encounters with ICE agents and outlines the rights everyone has in the U.S., regardless of immigration status. Refreshments will be provided.

FREE Immigration Law Clinic

Hosted by ILD, this clinic offers free legal advice on immigration matters. Get expert assistance with DACA, visas, green cards, and other immigration concerns — no appointment needed. Drop by for personalized support at no cost.
