Carnegie Arts Center

If you are interested in experiencing Turlock's local art scene, the Carnegie Arts Center is the place to be! The center has a gallery with art exhibitions available for viewing Wednesday – Saturday 10am – 5pm, Fridays 10am – 8pm, and Sundays 12 – 4pm. Located at 250 N. Broadway in scenic Downtown Turlock.

Stanislaus County Fairgrounds

State Theatre

Donnelly Park

Pedras Rd & Dels Lane, Turlock CA
Donnelly Park, which was opened to the public in 1974, is the City of Turlock'€™s premier community park. Donnelly Park is a 40-acre site, covering one square mile and includes a 10-acre man-made storm basin. Many people walk or jog around the park daily as part of their exercise regimen.

Graceada Park

Needham Street & Sycamore Avenue, Modesto CA
Modesto's oldest city park, developed in 1907, Graceada was designed by John McClaren, the designer of Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. It was also one of the first projects of the Women's Improvement Club (WIC), established in 1906 with the intent of developing community parks, planting trees along the streets, paving streets and establishing a library.

Pedretti Park

N. Tegner Road & W. Tuolumne Road, Turlock CA
Built in 1977 as a community project, Pedretti Sports Complex offers a host of recreational and sports facilities. This facility includes four softball fields, a hardball field, batting cages, three grass volleyball courts, a concession stand, covered bleachers, drinking fountains, picnic areas, a large covered picnic area, which can be reserved for special events, a fully accessible tot playground area, hundreds of shade trees and two parking lots. Pedretti Sports Complex has a reputation as being one of the best maintained City owned and operated softball complexes in the State. The Complex is very popular for league and tournament play for boys and girls of all ages.

Turlock Regional Sports Complex

Terralinda Drive, Turlock CA
The City of Turlock '€œkicked off'€ the opening of its new Sports Complex on September 7, 2002. The 14 soccer fields are completed and being used by Turlock Youth Soccer Association. Eventually, there will be two three-acre neighborhood parks, one on each side of the Complex which will have playground structures, picnic tables and barbeques, sand volleyball courts, a basketball court, horseshoe pits and many trees and benches for relaxing. There will be a bike path between the Complex and Pitman High School that will connect the neighborhood parks on the east and west sides of the Complex.
