Hotel Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly and ask for the 5th World Lagomorph Conference or WLC5 to receive the preferred group rate.

Check in date: July 10 to July 15, 2016

A block of rooms have been reserved for July 10 to July 15, 2016 at three hotels that are within short driving distances of the University. The special room rate will be available until Friday June 10, 2016 or until the group block is sold out, whichever comes first. Reservations must be made by calling the hotel directly and using the group name 5th World Lagomorph Conference or WLC5.

Terms and Conditions for Holiday Inn Express and Fairfield Inn & Suites

• Reservations must be made by calling the hotel directly by Friday, June 10, 2016.
• Hotels room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 9.0%for the local occupancy tax and 0.195% for the state tourism tax) in effect at the time of check in.
• Payment for room and tax and all incidental charges is due in full upon check out. Payment can be made by cash or credit card.
• At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Any early check in or late departure requests will be based upon availability and advance notice, fees may apply.
• For individual reservation’s, cancellations must be received by 6:00 PM 3 days prior to arrival which would be by Thursday, July 7, 2016 in order to avoid fees.
• If there are any damages to the room (furnishings, fixtures, linens, etc), if anything is missing or additional cleaning above and beyond normal circumstances, the guest of that room may incur additional charges after check-out.
