COVID-19 Parking Refund Update

Due to the number of requests received, parking permit refunds will take up to 6-8 weeks. You will receive a refund via the original form of payment used to purchase the permit.

In accordance with the Chancellor’s Office guidelines and social distancing, the University Police Department lobby will be closed beginning Wednesday, March 18 at noon. Police services are still available and a police officer is on duty 24 hours per day. A UPD dispatcher will be on-duty Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. For any emergencies, please dial 911.

Starting Wednesday, March 18, parking refund requests will only be taken by mail.

Print and complete the form, attach your parking permit and mail BOTH to:

Any refund request postmarked by Friday, March 27 will be issued a 50% refund. Refund requests postmarked after March 27 will be issued a 25% refund. The deadline to request a refund is April 18. Beginning April 19, there are no refunds available.

All University parking regulations remain in effect during this time. Parking permits are required if parking on campus Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.-10 p.m.

For those employees who would like a parking refund, but have an automatic deduction, you will need to adhere to the following process:
