Before submitting an event to the University Events Calendar, be sure to review the Submission Guidelines & Requirements and Best Practices.

Requests to the Warrior Weekly Student E-Newsletter can be sent early but no later than one week prior to your event. Requests received by end of day Thursday will be published in the following Monday’s e-newsletter. Please feel free to contact Sara Aguiar with any questions.
Please use official University building names. NOTE: This is not a room reservation system. Reserve space via 25Live before submitting your event to the calendar.
Please state "none" if not applicable and if yes, include link or phone number where the visitor may RSVP.
Expected attendance. This information will not be posted.
Pre-size image to 350x350 pixel dimensions before uploading. Please DO NOT attach the flyer.
Files must be less than 5 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg png.
