Q: How do I register with UEE for Winter Session?

A:  Current Stan State students register at myCSUSTAN.  All other students register through UEE in person.

Q: How much is tuition?

A: Tuition is $322 for undergraduate students, $349 for credential students, and $355 for graduate students. Some courses require course fees.  See class schedule.

Q: How long are Winter Session courses?

A: Classes are three weeks long.

Q: Is there financial aid available?

A: No, financial aid is not available for Winter Session.

Q: How do I contact instructors?

Q: Where can I view the class schedule?

A: You can view the class schedule on the campus website.

Q: How can I order transcripts?

A: There are several ways to order transcripts.  For more information please visit Transcript Request.

Q:  Where is the UEE office located?

A: We are located in the Mary Stuart Rogers building, Suite 180, at One University Circle Turlock, CA.

Q: When does registration begin?

A: Registration dates can be found on the Winter Session page.

Q: Can anyone take classes through Winter Session?

A: Yes, as long as you do not have a hold on your account.

Q:  When is the late add/drop period?

A:  The late add/drop period can be found on the Winter Session page.

Q: Is there a fee for late add/drops?

A: Yes, there is a $25 late fee to add a course.

Q: I am disqualified from Stanislaus State, can I still take a winter course?

A: Yes, you will need to fill out a registration form and register through University Extended Education in person.

Q: Will I be disenrolled if I do not pay my fees?

A: Yes, the disenrollment date for non-payment of fees can be found at the Winter Session page.

Q: When is the last day to pay fees?

Q: When is the last day I can get a full refund?

A: The last day to get a full refund can be found at the Winter Session page.

Q: What is the maximum number of units I can register for during Winter Session?

A: There is a 7 unit maximum- exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis by academic advisors or faculty.

Q: Will I be getting a registration appointment?

A: No, winter registration is on a first come first serve basis.

Q:  When will I know if a class is cancelled?

A: Decisions to cancel a class due to low enrollment will be made mid-December.  Students will be emailed if their class is cancelled.

Q: Will I be getting a refund if a class is cancelled?

A: Yes, you will receive a full refund for cancelled classes. 

Q: When do I need a permission number to add a class?

A: You will need a permission number to add during the late add/drop period.
