Q: How do I register with UEE for Summer Session?

A: Non-admitted students will need to fill out a registration form with UEE. Admitted students will register online on their student portal.

Q: How much is tuition?

A: Tuition is $322 for undergraduate courses, $349 for credential courses, and $355 for graduate courses. There are no additional fees.

Q: How long are summer courses?

A: There are 3 sessions:

  • 10 week session
  • 6  week session
  • 4 week session

Q: Is financial aid available?

A: There is limited financial aid available for admitted students. You will need to have already filled out your FAFSA for the current year.

Q: How do I contact instructors?

A: Contact information for instructors can be found on the CSU Stanislaus website A-Z directory under the faculty/staff search bar.

Q: Where can I view the class schedule?

A: You can view the class schedule on the campus website.

Q: How can I order transcripts?

A: There are several ways to request transcripts.  For more information please visit Transcript Request.

 

Q: Where is the UEE office located?

A: We are located in the Mary Stuart Rogers building Suite 180 at One University Circle Turlock, CA.

Q: Can I drop off forms at the Stockton Campus?

A: Yes, they will be date stamped and forwarded to UEE. 

Q: Can anyone take classes through University Extended Education?

A: Yes, as long as you do not have a hold on your account.

Q: When is the late add/drop period?

A: The late add/drop period can be found on the Summer Session page.

Q: Is there a fee for late add/drops?

A: Yes, the fee is $25. 

Q: I am disqualified from CSU Stanislaus, can I still take a summer course?

A: Yes, you will need to fill out a registration form and register through University Extended Education.

Q: Can I be disenrolled if I do not pay my fees?

A: Yes, the disenrollment date for non-payment of fees can be found on the Summer Session page.

Q: When is the last day to pay fees?

A: The last day to pay fees can be found on the Summer Session page.

Q: When is the last day I can get a full refund?

A: The last day to get a full refund can be found on the Summer Session page.

Q: Is there a maximum amount of units I can enroll in?

A: There is a 12-unit maximum; exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis by academic advisors or faculty.

Q: Will I be getting a registration time and date?

A: No, summer registration is on a first come first serve basis.

Q: When will I know if a class is cancelled?

A: Decisions to cancel a class due to low enrollment can be found at the Summer Session page.

Q: Will I be getting a refund if a class is cancelled?

A: Yes, you will receive a full refund for cancelled classes.

Q: Can disqualified students take a Summer Session class?

A: Yes, Summer Session is open to everyone.  Students can apply at the University Extended Education office.  

Q: When do I need a permission number to add a class?

A: You will need a permission number to add during the late add/drop period.
