Food Sanitation | Serve Safe

Course Description

Course material will involve food safety regulations and standards, the sanitation challenge, the flow of food through the operation, and sanitary facilities and pest management. Anyone who will be selling or distributing the sale of food for consumption and profit must attend. Does not include student groups who are exempt from the CalCode requirements (See CSU Stanislaus Food Policy). Valid for five years.
