Join at any time! All classes are held in the SRC Group Ex room and run for 55 minutes unless indicated.

Classes are open to regular enrolled students as well as faculty, staff and alumni with an SRC membership. Class descriptions are available below. Warrior ID required for entry.

*Strong man is an instructional program which takes place outside, which will meet in the group ex room at 3:00 pm. Body Weight Training will take place in the group ex room between 3:00 and 4:00 pm.

Class Descriptions

Bootcamp

Intermediate to advanced level class using many exercises mirroring the Army's physical training regulations. Expect intense cross-fit exercises that concentrate on fatiguing muscle groups. Classes will be progressive and compliment regular attendance for best results.

Cycle

Come check out our cycling class Motivating music and a fun journey between uphill's and downhill's that will be sure to get your heart pumping. All levels welcome.

Hip Hop

Hip Hop meets aerobics in this high-energy aerobics class. Come and learn some dance foundation and start burning off those unwanted pounds. No experience necessary.

Pilates

The six principles of Pilates (centering, control, flow, breath, precision, and concentration) are used to condition the body which helps to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back.

Power Yoga

Vinyasa-Power flow, faster paced

Quick Fit Melt Down

Train like a real warrior with a workout lasting anywhere from 7-10 minutes! Each workout will consist of a series of 5-7 exercises done in a circuit. This is a quick way to release some stress and boost your energy levels!!! All fitness levels welcome.

Stan-X-Fitness

Stan-X-Fitness is a cross training class developed for whole body conditioning, that utilizes many implements such as sandbags, kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight as resistance. Participants taking this class should expect a full body workout that will facilitate gains in the 5 pillars to fitness: aerobic capacity, strength, endurance, flexibility, and body composition.

Yoga

A blend of movement from one posture to another with a brief pause in between. Developing flexibility, relaxation, alignment of the body: bringing balance, strength and calmness. Hatha-Deep stretch, slower paced

Zumba

Ditch the workout! Join the party! This high intensity Zumba class fuses hypnotic latin rhythms with hip-hop, world music, and easy to follow dance moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: work out, have fun, get hooked. Get ready to experience an exhilarating hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring fun! Let's get Zumba happy!
