Student Leadership Retreat

The Student Leadership Retreat (SLR) helps prepare Stanislaus State students for leadership roles within the community and beyond. SLR provides a learning experience designed to identify and foster individual leadership potential and civic responsiveness in students. The SLR combines effective leadership training with integrative service skills training to equip students with the essential tools needed to meet the personal and societal challenges of the new millennium.

Student Leadership Awards

Each May, the Division of Student Affairs hosts a ceremony honoring outstanding student leaders and organizations.  Some of the awards would include the outstanding Greek, academic, special interest and cultural student organizations, the Student Organization Award of Excellence, the President's Trophy for philanthropic service, the club advisor of the year, the Miriam V. and John L. Keymer Memorial Award, and the Outstanding Student Leader of the Year Award.
