The MGC is the governing body formed by members of different international, national and regional sororities and fraternities at Stanislaus State. The purpose of this organization is to provide support and advocate for the diverse populations on the Stanislaus State campus and greater surrounding areas.

College Panhellenic Association
We, as the National Panhellenic Conference, are the governing body of all national sororities that are established at the Stan State Campus. The National Panhellenic Conference exists to promote the values of and to serve as an advocate for its member groups in collaboration with those members, campuses and communities. The National Panhellenic sororities on our campus are Alpha Xi Delta, Phi Mu, and Phi Sigma Sigma.
Order of Omega
Greek Honor Society with the purpose to recognize those fraternity men and women who have attained a high standard of leadership in interfraternity activies, as well as achieve high academically. This honor society is open to juniors and seniors with over a 3.0 cum GPA.
