The HACU National Internship Program (HNIP)
Summer 2018 & Fall 2018 Deadlines
The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) is seeking applicants for the 2018 HACU National Internship Program (HNIP). HNIP provides students the opportunity to receive valuable work experience through paid internships with federal agencies and private corporations nationwide.
The deadline for students to apply for a summer 2018 internship is February 16, 2018. The deadline to apply for the fall 2018 session is June 8, 2018.
2018 Leadership Alliance Diversity Conference
April 18-20, 2018
The Leadership Alliance Diversity Conference (LADC) will convene its 2018 Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion: Closing the Achievement Gaps conference on April 18-20, in San Diego, CA. The event is community-initiated, student-focused and student-driven. Conference attendees will identify best contemporary strategies, practices, and programs aimed at closing the academic achievement gaps of underserved student populations, K-12 and college.
Panetta Institute Congressional Internship Program
Campus Deadline for Submission of Applications: February 16, 2018
This Program is an invaluable opportunity for CSU Stanislaus juniors and seniors to spend fall semester 2018 as an intern to a California member of the US House of Representatives in Washington DC. In addition to their work in congressional offices, participants attend regular seminars and engage in academic coursework on policy issues and different aspects of government.
