Intermediate to advanced level class using many exercises mirroring the Army's physical training regulations. Expect intense exercises that concentrate on fatiguing muscle groups. Classes will be progressive and compliment regular attendance for best results.

A great all around functional fitness class that incporates high intensity, high volume cross training that utilizes weight training, bodyweight exercises, and aerobics in a non-stop fat shredding circuit. Get strong and get lean!!!
