Stanislaus State Evaluators review and analyze student academic records and transcripts to determine acceptance of academic credit and how it applies to Stanislaus State requirements. Evaluators also determine eligibility for admissions, degrees, and specialized program designation.
Evaluators are available to help students understand:
- Transfer credit evaluation/degree audit
- Graduation evaluation and process
When will I receive an evaluation?
You will receive an evaluation when you attend New Student Orientation (if a transfer student) and when you apply for graduation.
How can I meet with an Evaluator?
If you want to meet with an Evaluator* during a designated Walk-in time, go to the Enrollment Services office in the Mary Stuart Rogers building, Suite # 120.
*Students do not have to meet with their assigned evaluator.
