At the urging of two friends from his time as an undergraduate at Stan State, alumnus Mike Maden (Political Science, ’82) tried his hand penning techno-thriller novels for the e-book realm. Then, Maden received a call from his editor that would change his life and career as a novelist, starting him down the path as a writer for the Tom Clancy Jack Ryan Jr. series.
