Program Eligibility

In order to qualify for the ASBSN program, you must have earned a BA or BS from a regionally accredited institution in a discipline other than Nursing.

Please view the ASBSN Roadmap to determine your initial admissibility.

  • International Students: are required to take the TOEFL Exam for proficiency in spoken and written English with the following minimum TOEFL scores: 550 for the paper-based examination, 80 on Internet-based examination.

Program Pre-Requisites

We do not provide transcript evaluation or pre-advising for the ASBSN program. However, guidance is given at Information Sessions. You must have completed all program pre-requisites at the time you submit your application.

Please note: Instead of selecting CSU Stanislaus under the “Agreements with Other Campuses”, make sure to select “CSU GE-Breadth Certification Courses” under “Course Applicable for Transfer” (This will ensure that you are able to see all transferable courses).
