Summer Housing Options

Housing and Residential Life offers two types of summer conference accommodations: suites and apartments. The suites offer single, double or triple occupancy, while the apartments are all single room occupancy. Find the right type of housing for your group by viewing our floor plans or taking a virtual tour.

Each room comes equipped with the following furniture and amenities:

  • Mattress and bed frame
  • Desk
  • Closet
  • Drawer set
  • Chair
  • Air conditioning/heating
  • Micro-fridge or full kitchen (fridge, stove, dishwasher, sink)
  • Smoke detector
  • Wall-to-wall carpeting
  • Overhead light
  • Restricted key entry (key will only work on assigned room)
  • Window with blinds

Daily and Group Rates

Housing conference charges are comprehensive and include utilities, as well as non-exclusive access to facilities within the residential community which include: pools and spa, volleyball and basketball, computer lab, fitness room, game room and a TV lounge. Prices for summer 2019 are listed below. Note: Rates reflect standard usage and are subject to revision based on the individual need of the group.

Housing Daily Rate $23.34 $25.46

The daily room rate includes the following:

  • Room rent
  • Utilities
  • Courtesy clean of bathrooms and kitchens for long-term camps (over 30 days)
  • Non-exclusive access to: computer lab, game room, TV lounge, laundry rooms, pools & spa, outdoor sand volleyball pit, outdoor basketball courts
  • Sport equipment available for loan (basketballs, footballs, etc.)

Village Café $100 per hour
Housing Grounds (e.g. Great Lawn, Village I Quad, Village III Quad $100 per day exclusive use
2nd Floor Conference Room $25 per hour exclusive use
Housing Game Room $25 per hour exclusive use
Housing Computer Lab $25 per hour exclusive use
Community Center Pool $25 per hour exclusive use
$150 per day exclusive use
Village III Pool $25 per hour exclusive use

Table(s).  Equipment only, no set-up $6.00 per table per day
Chair(s). Equipment only, no set-up $2.00 per chair per day

Dolly or Wheelbarrow $10 per day
Data Projector: Equipment with set-up $35 per day
Data Projector with Portable Screen with set-up $50 per day
DVD Player. Equipment with set-up $20 per day
Audio Visual System in the Village Cafe with Event Monitor $25 per hour
Linen Service - sets of bedding and towels within a seven day period. Beds are made by the housing staff for the first change with the second set left in the room for campers to switch. $10 per person

Camp Dining and Campus Space Reservations

Campus dining arrangements and space reservations outside of housing are not facilitated by Housing and Residential Life and are not part of the cost of housing. Contacts for these resources are listed below:
